Financing:

Option #1 - 25% down, balance paid in 4 quarterly payments (1 year) – no interest

Option #2 - 25% down, balance paid in 8 quarterly payments (2 years) – 6% interest
(see footnote #1)

Option #3 - No down-payment, payments due monthly up to 2 years – 10% interest

Footnote #1) Alpaca(s) sold with a balance outstanding require insurance for the animal’s full value showing Kal's Corner Alpaca Farm, LLC as Loss Payee.

Footnote #2) Alpacas purchased with no down-payment must stay on our farm until 50% of the balance is paid. Boarding fees will be charged at $2.50 per animal per day during this time and due monthly. Until full payment is received, we will require insurance for the animal’s full value showing Kal's Corner Alpaca Farm, LLC as Loss Payee.

NOTE:  w/financing, ARI registration will not be signed over from Kal's Corner Alpaca Farm until all amouts due are paid
